What are the equipment production lead times?
Lead times depend on the type and volume of equipment. We state the exact time after clarifying the technical specification and agreeing the bill of materials — it is fixed in the commercial offer.
Do you work to the customer's technical specification?
Yes. We manufacture equipment for the needs of the specific facility: we accept the technical specification or enquiry, clarify the specs and scope of work, and agree the project's technical parameters.
Do you carry out installation and commissioning?
Yes. Besides production and supply, we perform construction and installation works, and the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment — the customer works with a single contractor.
What warranty applies to products and works?
We provide up to 2 years' warranty on products and completed works. Warranty cases are handled individually within the agreed terms.
How is the cost calculated?
The cost is calculated individually based on equipment specifications, configuration and scope of work. After receiving your request, we prepare a commercial offer with a transparent breakdown.
